Rather than focusing on the numbers on the scale or the foods you should NEVER eat, this healthy eating challenge helps you make small changes to your diet over the course of 10 days. Each day is designed by me--a Registered Dietitian--so you know that each challenge is realistic and manageable. By day 10, you’ll feel healthier and more satisfied with your eating habits!

Here’s how it works. Each day includes:

A simple healthy eating challenge. For example, one day challenges you to eat the recommended serving of fruits and vegetables with an explanation of serving sizes.

A “bonus behavior”. Living a healthy life is all about changing your behavior, so these small challenges are things you can do that have nothing to do with eating but will make you feel healthier overall. For example, unfollow anyone on social media who makes you feel negative in any way.
